We've had some customer feedback saying they didn't receive their welcome email after they signed up. Be sure to add support@storefrontsocial.com as a Safe Sender, as some ISP's (particularly AOL) seem to file our welcome email as junk :(
If you have checked your spam/junk folders, and still do not have an email, please contact us and we will forward this email to you! Thanks for your patience and we look forward to seeing your storefront!

I don't understand why I can login to support.storefrontsocial.com but not storefrontsocial.com. Shouldn't they have the same login?
Ok. I got the separate username and password 5 minutes later. It would be nice if 1 login worked for both.
I agree, there should only be one username and password
